Lifeforce, A Gift from the River (2009) grew out of a series of outdoor Lifeforce environments sited along New York State waterways since 1996. It honors the confluence of nature and industry, timelessness and history. It joins the long tradition of art inspired by nature and honors the 400^th anniversary of the Hudson River.
