Catskill History Murals
|
The town of Catskill and the Post Office commissioned Ms. Togut to create historical murals depicting the evolution of the town along the Hudson River. One wall shown here focuses on transportation systems, such as bridges and railroads as seen at the Post Office. The other mural, installed on an exterior wall on Main Street, depicts the Catskill village in 1900. This project was funded by the Hudson River Improvement Fund and the Greenway Conservancy. |
